Cancellation Policy

At Captain J’s , we realize that sometimes plans must change. If, due to unexpected circumstances, you must cancel your stay with us, our cancellation policy is as follows:

A full refund if you notify us within 14 days of your reservation.

A one night charge if you notify us less that 14 days prior to your reservation less 50.00 cancellation fee plus credit card charges.

We will, however, do our best to re-book the accommodation and if we do so, you will receive a full refund.
